Terms and Conditions/Privacy Policy

No Refunds

Connect Classroom does not offer a refund on any course purchases. Due to the digital nature of the courses, users will not receive a monetary refund on any course payments already completed.

However, we do offer an exchange policy in which the user may select a different course if for whatever reason the original course was not satisfactory. Additionally, you may receive store credit for future Connect Classroom course purchases.

For help or questions regarding the refund policy, please email [email protected]
